What’s included in your hedge trimming service?

Our hedge trimming service includes:
✔ Trimming and shaping hedges, shrubs, and small bushes
✔ Cleanup and removal of clippings from driveways, walkways, and other non-turf areas
✔ Hauling away debris (available for an additional charge)

How often should hedges be trimmed?

Formal hedges: Every 4–8 weeks during the growing season
Standard shrubs and bushes: 1–3 times per year for healthy growth and shape maintenance
Overgrown hedges: May require more frequent trimming to regain proper shape

When is the best time to trim hedges?

Spring and early summer: Ideal for shaping and encouraging new growth
Late summer to early fall: Helps maintain structure before winter dormancy
Winter pruning: Suitable for some species, but not all—ask us for recommendations

Do you remove the trimmings?

Yes! We clean up and remove clippings from non-turf areas. Hauling debris off-site is available for an additional charge upon request.

Can you trim overgrown hedges?

Yes, but severely overgrown hedges may require multiple trims over time to restore their shape without harming plant health.

Do you trim trees?

Our hedge trimming service covers shrubs, bushes, and small ornamental trees. For larger tree trimming or removal, we recommend a tree care specialist.

How should I prepare for hedge trimming?

✔ Remove obstacles near hedges (furniture, decorations, etc.)
✔ Unlock any gates for equipment access
